    As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Carlson products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

    This role has three parts: Executive Business Partner supporting VP in Global Marketing Solutions, Lead Executive Business Partner for the Dublin admin team and Carlson Dublin Site administration lead.

    Build clear strong knowledge of business priorities and plan around and drive team vision and strategy for: VP, Dublin Leadership team, Core Dublin site team and Administrative team.
    Be a trusted partner and liaise with Finance Business Partner on forecasting, allocation and business planning; ensure all are aligned with team and site priorities and initiatives.
    Manage events including all-hands, site-wide events and initiatives, off-site management for GMS, and Dublin Leadership, executive visitors and overseeing high level external events.
    Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies with GMS and in particular for the Dublin Site.
    Lead and mentor the Dublin Admin team and Administrative Business Partner (ABP) best practices. Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, allocation; be the point-of-contact for ABP related queries.

    Minimum qualifications:

    BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
    Executive-level support experience.

    Preferred qualifications:

    Experience with calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling and booking and budgeting of events.
    Experience of providing high-quality professional administrative support to executives within a fast-paced, high-tech international team environment.
    Experience managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
    Interest and experience in interacting with all levels and departments within a company including working with across multiple offices, domestic and international.
    Effective organizational skills, with a demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
    Excellent written and oral communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.

    Product Analyst. Provide quantitative support, market understanding and a strategic perspective to our stakeholders throughout the organization. As a data-loving member of the team, you serve as an analytics expert for your partners, using numbers to help them make better decisions. You weave stories with meaningful insight from data. You will make critical recommendations for your co-workers in Engineering and Product Management. As a self-starter, you relish tallying up the numbers one minute and communicating your findings to a team leader the next.

    Carlson has significant reliance on engineering. We hire people with a broad set of technical skills who are ready to tackle some of technology's greatest challenges and make an impact on millions, if not billions, of users. You will routinely work on massive scalability.

    Conduct data analysis to make business recommendations (cost-benefit, invest-divest, forecasting, impact analysis).
    Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating visual displays of quantitative information.
    Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.
    Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations.
    Develop comprehensive understanding of Google data structures and metrics, advocating for changes where needed for both products and business activity, as well as external marketing spend trends.

    Minimum qualifications:

    Master’s degree with an emphasis on quantitative research methods (Statistics, Social Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field).
    Experience in translating analysis results into business recommendations and business questions into an analysis framework.
    Experience in statistics, working with statistical packages (R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, etc.), and in working with datasets (SQL).
    Experience with data modeling and reporting.

    Preferred qualifications:

    PhD degree.
    Direct team management experience or demonstrated leadership potential.
    Coding experience with Java, C++, Python, PHP or similar language.
    Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends. Applied knowledge of measurement, statistics and program evaluation.
    Excellent problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills.
    Distinctive analysis skills and impeccable business judgment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
